The 5th annual National Poker Pub Tournament of Champions will be held Tuesday, June 2, 2009 in Las Vegas. The Kansas City & Lawrence winners will likely be in Las Vegas June 1-3. We will be in contact with the winners very shortly regarding trip specifics.
Attention TOC winners, If you have won a seat or a trip to the National Tournament and have not been contacted yet please email or call us at 913-575-5840. Please leave your contact information and date of the tournament you won. You have until May 6th to contact us so we can book your reservation.
We are currently taking applications for Tournament Host positions in our Kansas City and Lawrence Regions. Please email your resume or ask a host for an application.
The next Lawrence Tournament of Champions will be on Saturday, November 8th at Conroy's Pub. This will be a double TOC, the 6:00PM round will be a TOC and the 9:00PM round will be a TOC.
All players must be 21 years or older. Registration will begin 1 hour prior to the beginning of each TOC.
Wednesday and Sunday Night Promotion
Come support the Lawrence Poker Pub on Wednesday and Sunday nights! The Poker Pub will be giving away cash prizes to the winner of each round at The Pool Room.
1-3 Tables $10
4-5 Tables $20
6+ Tables $30
Thursday and Saturday at Conroy's Pub:
1-4 Tables $10
5 Tables $20
6 Tables $25
Rewards Credits or a card guard can be redeemed instead of the cash prize.
Starting on Monday, January 1st, each nightly WINNER & high hand winner, will earn a seat in one of our special qualifying tournaments (time and date TBA)
where you will play for a seat at a tournament held in Kansas City. You will be competing against players from Kansas City, Lawrence and Topeka.

The Flamingo Club will begin holding Tuesday tournaments (and continue holding Monday night tournaments) on Tuesday, November 21 at 7PM & 10PM.
The Poker Pub's 2nd National Tournament of Champions was held Wednesday, July 12, 2006 in Las Vegas, NV.
The winner was Cameron Lieberman from Lawrence, KS!!
We would also like to congratulate all the participants who played.

Starting Monday, May 1, 2006, The Poker Pub of Lawrence is starting the Player's Rewards Program!
Now, the first place winner will either be able to receive the nightly prize (card guard), or 400 points in Reward Credits, for either session.
The Rewards Credits can be collected for 3 years, and used to purchase prizes from our Prize Catalog. The catalog can be found online, under the Player's Rewards link, or at any nightly tournament. If there is something you think would make a great prize that is NOT in our catalog, please let us know.
There will still be regular points awarded to the top 16 players nightly. The Reward Credits are only a substitution for the nightly prize!! Good Luck to everyone!!!!!
